The human body is amazing, for all that it CAN do, in all of its shapes and sizes, abilities and even disabilities. We too often focus on what we lack, whether it be physical or external. In order to live our best lives we first need to focus on and celebrate what we Do have and what we Can do. We need to celebrate US.
